Through stilling the mind we create the right conditions for the Higher Self, our Guides, the Universe, and Divine to communicate with us, and to come closer to our true Self

We are conditioned from early childhood to keep our minds and senses firing and that is obviously needed to function and thrive in our physical world. However, we’re not taught how to still our minds. Imagine your conscious mind is like a switchboard which is being bombarded with information... how do the really important messages get through?

It is totally normal to have thoughts interrupting during the meditation… just let your mind float up to where it’s calmer and more serene and the quality of thoughts are finer. I find it helps to take a couple of minutes lighting a candle and slowing the mind down before I start
