For 21 days devote extra awareness to how you respond to any situation that triggers or sets you in a state of pain
Catch yourself before your react and take a moment to calm down; try to feel love or at least hold the intention. If you can, send that to the person, and break the cycle of defensive behaviour which has a tendency to escalate, or which will leave you feeling on a low ebb
Use either the guided meditation or inspiration to help you reset when you feel yourself triggered, and go through the 7 steps to help guide you. After a few days you’ll find you’re able to enter into that state with increasing ease… do persevere with it!
Keep a journal of anything that comes up or changes you notice and look back at the end of the 21 days. Try to see any patterns
