Our Research
HigherWill programmes are underpinned by the Consciousness State Transitions (CST) framework, described by a neuroscientist as "an operating system for who we are".
CST maps consciousness onto how we behave, feel, think, and find meaning. It predicts a "layering of state" – a state of being while doing – as a possible next step in human development. It also provides a systematic framework for leadership, wellbeing, and defining ethics in AI and quantum technologies to help us shape a better future.
