THE 6 MODULES

We use a unique blend of age old techniques to achieve our goal of optimal holistic wellbeing - coaching and psychology, meditations, energy-balancing, and the personal journey of transformation

Each of the Modules is made up of a mix of presentations, single and group exercises, tailor-made guided meditations and energy-balancing exercises to keep your people motivated and engaged, as well as time for Q&A at the end of each session

Module 1 - Gaining Calm, Control, Confidence & Clarity

We’ll be looking at the leading theory in psychology about what motivates us as humans and how that relates to our energy fields so we can work with them for balance, healing and fulfilment. We’ll learn about the tools that we use in the 4 modalities of the pillars of your higher mind - coaching, meditation, energy-works and your personal quest - which we use to becoming calmer, more in control, more confident and achieving clarity on your path.  


Module 2  -  Turning Chaos into Calm: Composure

Learn about how the power of your own expectations of yourself can be the jet engine to propel you forward – or hold you right back, and how to deal with triggers and modify old defensive behaviour patterns into composed action. In this module you’ll learn to transform the energy your anxiety is eating up and draining you into focussed, productive activity.  You’ll also gain the skills for basic self-healing which you can use as a daily practice and help keep your peace and serenity close to hand.


Module 3  -  Emotional Sovereignty: Bring back Control

Learn to reframe your outlook to a growth mindset which helps you to build on your challenges. Develop emotional resilience and objectivity instead of feeling unbalanced by irritable colleagues and clients. In this module we’ll also look at how to heal your self-sabotaging behaviour patterns to transform old knee jerk defensive behaviour patterns into thoughtful responses so you can say “I feel good about how I handled that” . 
Develop your empathy to raise your awareness of others’ feelings and build more stable connections to the people around you and more harmonious relations with your colleagues, family and friends.


Module 4  -  The Power of Your Mind: a True Confidence

Identify your limiting beliefs and transform them into empowering beliefs so you can achieve your goals.  Learn to direct your mind to bring awareness to problem areas and resolve these with effective communication so you can diffuse them before they spiral out of control, and to set goals to focus and direct your mind to what you want to bring into your life. We’ll also look at the higher mind, your superconscious mind, and how to use it to promote communication, focus and creativity. Taking ownership of your mind illuminates your path and strengthens your confidence.


Module 5  -  Closer to Your Inner Self: Clarity to Illuminate Your Path

Are your values learnt or do they come innately from your own core?  Learn how to understand which values have been integral to your decisions and actions in your life and how to use them to help you strengthen your connection to your inner self and your connectedness to others. We’ll also be looking at how your inner self acts as your very own resolution centre to align your head with your heart, and at how accessing the theta, delta and gamma brain waves accelerates your healing process, raise your awareness, and helps you to see your light and path forward.


Module 6 - The Fifth Quadrant: Your Higher Self 

In this session we’ll be pulling together the 4 quadrants and raising our perspective higher to your Higher Self. You’ve come across it in our exercises and meditations, but it’s time to talk a bit more about your Higher Self - the part of you that has a bird eye view of your life and is always guiding you to make sure you’re on your life path fulfilling your purpose, and breathing energy into your passions. Your Higher Self is a powerful force for reason, inspiration and works tirelessly to harmonise relationships. It is that voice guiding you to experience your Self and your Love more fully, so in this module we’re going to look at how to strengthen your intuition so you can hear that beautiful voice even more clearly.

Session Format: mix of Powerpoint presentations, single and paired exercises (paired exercises will be held in zoom breakout rooms) and guided meditations. The final 20-30 minutes of each session will be for Q&A.

Break week: for integration between modules 3 & 4.
