Join us in a workshop designed to empower self worth and re-educate your mind to let go of deeply held negative beliefs which limit your progress in life. The more you are able to love and respect yourself, the more you will attract people and situations who will reflect that back to you - we've all heard that many times over.
During the workshop we will look at the steps outlined below towards loving yourself unconditionally, followed by a guided meditation to help improve confidence, and exercises to strengthen the connection to your inner self.
7 STEPS TOWARDS SELF LOVE
1- Meditation to gain self awareness and insights as well as a means to release blockages.
2- Be patient when dealing with the past hurts that inevitably come up in the journey to the inner self.
3- Be accepting of yourself.
4- Keeping your intent true and focussed.
5- Conscious questioning. Make a note of how you’re dealing with the problem spots as they arise.
6- Talk to your guides, higher self, the universe, the divine, and ask for kindness and sympathy from them. You’ll be surprised.
7- Keep practicing 1-6 above. Loving yourself is a process… the deeper you can love yourself, the more you will attract people who will reflect that love and respect back to you.
