For 21 days devote extra awareness to how you respond to any situation that triggers or sets you in a state of pain. Whenever you're triggered, catch yourself before your react and take a moment to calm down; try to feel love or at least hold the intention. If you can, send that to the person, and break the cycle of defensive behaviour which has a tendency to escalate, or which will leave you feeling on a low ebb. If you’re minded to, keep a journal of anything that comes up or changes you notice and we can talk about these in the 2nd meeting

 
 



For 21 days use either the guided meditation or inspiration to help you reset, and go through the 7 steps to help guide you
After a few days you’ll find you’re able to enter into that state with increasing ease… do persevere with it!
