When Wonderful Opportunities Present

It was a joy to have been able to speak at the YogaFit Retreat in Ibiza on Developing Spiritual Intelligence, a very last minute opportunity and decision, and so worth doing. It’s always a buzz to know you’ve managed to shine a light for others which can help them in their lives, and I really appreciated the feedback from the participants, but even more than the feedback was the value of the sharing during the workshop… we learn and grow from each other’s experiences and riches, just as it should be.

Needless to say the retreat itself was beautifully organised and I loved also attending other therapists’ classes.
